BREAKFAST
‘I’ll either have a green juice, with broccoli, kale, ginger, green apple and cucumber or I’ll make myself scrambled eggs, using three eggs and half an avocado.’
SNACKS
‘During the day, I’ll snack on blueberries, almonds or apples. Sometimes I’ll have our BOOM Cycle (boomcycle.co.uk) Vanilla nut recovery shake made with almond milk, banana, flax meal, vanilla, whey protein and almond and peanut butters.’
LUNCH
‘Lunch tends to be grilled chicken or fish, with a roasted sweet potato. Sometimes I’ll have a massive salad with loads of different veg, such as tomatoes, olives, lettuce, beans and chickpeas.’
STAYING HYDRATED
