BREAKFAST
‘I drink hot water with fresh ginger every morning to boost my circulation. I’ll then eat scrambled eggs made with two full eggs and two egg whites, avocado, rocket, chilli flakes and a couple of oatcakes. Or I’ll have organic rolled oats with Provamel coconut-rice milk, blueberries, raspberries, raw cacao and almonds.’
DRINKS
‘I try to drink two litres of water every day, but have to keep reminding myself! I have hot water with freshly squeezed lemon daily as well, to balance acidity levels.’
LUNCH
‘Lunch tends to be grilled chicken with a salad of fresh spinach, rocket, grated carrot, beetroot, pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, jalapeños and a drizzle of olive oil.’
