High knees with dumbbells
Time: 60 seconds
Works: Quads, hamstrings, glutes, abs, arms and shoulders
Stand, holding a dumbbell in each hand, with your hands by your sides.
Stand on your right foot, lift your left knee to hip height and bend your right elbow to lift the dumbell (A).
Lower your right hand and bring your left hand up as you hop to your left foot and lift your right knee (B).
Continue alternating arms and legs in quick succession.
