American-Iranian friends Shirin Kouros and Yasmine Larizadeh, founders of London’s first cold-pressed juice bar and café, The Good Life Eatery, have just launched The Good Life Eatery Cookbook (Ebury Press, £20) so you can tap into their signature style as you rustle up tasty, virtuous food.
After growing up in the US, the pair met in London, wanting to bring something new to its food scene. The Good Life Eatery, which opened in 2013, was the result.
