Latey, my family members and friends have been creating and/or testing fish recipes for me to share with HFN readers and, ultimately, for another cookbook. What a pleasure for me and you!
Let me introduce the guest chefs who created this month’s delicious recipes. Paul and Mary Barthelemy, teachers in the daytime and gourmet cooks at night and on weekends, are always inspired by restaurant dishes they taste and love. My sister, Terri Gedo, and her husband, Andy, are shrimp lovers, so it doesn’t take much to convince them to “get creative” when shrimp is plentiful in Los Angeles. Another Californian, Alison Pape loves to grill fish and is equally fond of fruit, so she shared one of her “quick for company” dishes.
