Filet of Fish with Crab Sauce
Almost any filet of mahi, ono, paka, ehu, uku or onaga is very good with this excellent sauce. Easy to do and takes
One pound of filet
2tbsp. butter2 tbsp. flour1 cup milk or ½ and ½ cream(3 oz.) of crabmeat pepper, salt, and ¼ cup white wine
Grease oven proof baking dish with butt in dish. Melt 2 tbsp butter in small pan, add flour, stir briefly and add milk or cream slowly, stirring until it thickens. Add wine, pepper, crabmeat, and salt. Pour over fish, file and cook in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Ono!…
