Chilli flakes, anchovies, garlic, soy sauce, fermented chilli, extra-virgin olive oil, parmesan, honey, lemon, ginger, vinegar.
BULK IT UP
Cavolo nero, fresh herbs, bitter greens, root vegetables, large cuts of meat.
ADD SOME EXTRAS
A glass (or a bottle) of mourvèdre, Guinness, cured meats, pickles, pâté, Milo, a secret stash of chocolate.…
