Chia seed pudding
PREPARATION + COOKING TIME: 5 MINUTES (+ OVERNIGHT CHILLING)
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 tsp maple syrup
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
2 strawberries, chopped
1 tsp flaked almonds
1. In a small bowl, stir together milk, yoghurt and maple syrup. Stir in chia seeds. Cover and chill for 3-4 hours or overnight until thick.
2. Serve topped with strawberries and flaked almonds.
