No matter when it happens, losing someone you love is tough. But when a best friend passes away suddenly, it is seriously difficult to deal with. So we spoke to Vikki Ryall, Executive Director of Clinical Practice at Headspace, about grief and how to cope when it happens.
First thing that’s important to remember is that grief is totally different for everyone and you are allowed to feel whatever way feels right for you.
