Opening December 2025, Amura is León’s first restaurant outside Spain and his African debut—an immersive journey inspired by the ocean’s biodiversity and the Cape’s dramatic coastline.
Blending Spanish heritage with South African ingredients, the menu celebrates overlooked ocean treasures—like plankton, halophytes, and by-catch—transformed through techniques such as open-fire cooking and fermentation. Guests can choose à la carte or a tasting menu that explores wild herbs, kelp, and spices from both continents.
