In a world shaped by the digital and abstract, this exhibition invites us to come closer and perceive with more than just our eyes. Running from 12 July to 5 October 2025, it includes a series of workshops and features artists who honour their materials. More than a surface quality, texture here embodies knowledge, memory, and understanding.
Expressed through felt, fibre, clay, paper, plant and paint, the works reflect fragility and resilience. Slow processes like stitching, layering and imprinting highlight materials as active storytellers of time, place, decay, and transformation — from the rhythm of a needle to the loops of weaving and crocheting.
