CLASSIC CHILI

3 tablespoons vegetable oil1 large onion, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped2 tablespoons tomato paste¼ cup chili powder2 teaspoons ground cumin2 teaspoons ground coriander2 teaspoons dried oregano2 pounds ground beefKosher salt and freshly ground peppe2 15-ounce cans kidney beans (do not drain)3 14-ounce cans diced tomatoes
