Thilivhali Mash Mugwena is a chef based in Cape Town, who was born and raised in Venda, Limpopo. Thili is a two-time finance graduate, but her true passion lies in cooking and all things food. Recently, she also graduated as a qualified chef with UK City & Guilds. In 2019, she decided to pursue her passion, and thus began Meals with Mash. Over time, the brand has grown immensely and become well known.
