Most people haven’t heard of borage, the simple yet complex-flavoured, rustic yet elegant and versatile herb after which Frank Marks choise to name his bistro,to reflect the dining exerience.
The focus, though, at Borage Bistro is on the food, which is complemented by the warm, modern interior and casual, yet professional service. Chef Frank refined his cooking skills under the likes of Luke DaleRoberts, Heston Blumenthal and Ashley Palmer-Watts. But, instead of openin another fine-dining restaurant, he chose to use his skills to redefine the experience of eating at a bistro, resulting in the best of modern-day brasserie
dishes. In fact, you'll be forgiven for thinking you are enjoying your dinner in the middle of France.
