What’s a “hack”? To me, it’s a creative solution, the discovery of an extra, unintended use for something, whether it’s computer software or a monkey wrench. I’m especially fond of home hacks that solve everyday problems with stuff we all have around the house.
When we met Danny Lipford, host of the TV show “Today’s Homeowner,” we discovered a common love of home hacks. So we put our heads together and shot an episode of the show (see p. 59) demonstrating many of the hacks you see here. Check them out, then tune in to see them in action on TV.
