SA’S ROAD-SAFETY PROBLEM WE ALL know how time-consuming and costly it can be to get your driver’s licence. That’s why so many of us recoiled at the idea of the new driving demerit system, which is now law. Under the new system, drivers can lose their licence if they keep breaking the rules of the road.
