PARMESAN DRUMSTICKS MAKES 6-8 DRUMSTICKS PREPARATION: 15 MIN COOKING: 35 MIN 6-8 chicken drumsticks 15ml (1T) olive oil salt and freshly ground pepper 10ml (2t) smoked paprika 5ml (1t) chilli flakes 120g butter, melted and slightly cooled 6 garlic cloves, crushed handful of fresh parsley, chopped 30-40g Parmesan cheese, finely grated TO SERVE potato chips or wedges Preheat the oven to 200°C. 1 Brush the chicken with the olive oil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to the package instructions until done. Drain, reserving about 250ml (1c) of the cooking liquid.
