BAKED BEANS IN TOMATO SAUCE BACON AND BEANS WITH SOUR CREAM AND CHILLI 15ml (1T) oil 200g streaky bacon 2 onions, chopped 4 garlic cloves, crushed 1-2 chillies, chopped 250ml (1c) beef or chicken stock 2 cans (410g each) baked beans in tomato sauce salt and freshly ground pepper TO SERVE 60ml (¼c) sour cream handful of fresh coriander 1 chilli, chopped (optional) 1 Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the bacon until slightly crispy around the edges. The superstar walked away with the silver medal at the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Birmingham after he was beaten to gold by Cuban teenager Juan Miguel Echevarria.
