At DRUM, we have tried to cover the news in the major metros as much as we could. MAIN TOMATO SAUCE You can make this sauce and use it later – it lasts for up to a week in the refrigerator. PREPARATION: 5 MIN COOKING: 35 MIN SERVES 6 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil 1 onion, grated 5 ml (1 tsp) dried mixed herbs 2,5 ml (½ tsp) chilli flakes 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 x 400 g can cherry tomatoes 10 ml (2 tsp) sugar salt and pepper 1 In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the oil, onion, mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
