Australia’s capital is undergoing a transformation. On the outskirts of Fyshwick, a creative precinct is slowly emerging. Developed by Molonglo, which works in close collaboration with architects, designers and craftspeople, the Dairy Road neighbourhood is home to tenants like Capital Brewing Co, as well as distillers, roasters, creative studios and Grainger Gallery, which has been designed by Craig Tan Architects as a new hub for artists in the ACT. The plan is that within 15 years the site will be populated with a combination of retail, light industrial, commercial, residential, creative and cultural spaces.
