The person taking the video said they were on their way back from an unnamed mall before 1pm when they walked past the parked SAPS vehicle and when they returned to take the video, it was 3.02pm. STEENBERG residents are living in fear, with a ‘killer’ in a white Kia truck reportedly on the loose in the neighbourhood . On Monday, around 12.05pm, cops responded to an incident in Choir Street where two men, aged 22 and 24, were shot dead and while that scene was still active, two more men – aged 35 and 39 – were shot and wounded in The Oaks.
