The minstrel troupes will march down Hanover Street in District Six, into Darling Street, right into Adderley Street, up into Wale Street and lastly into Rose Street in Bo-Kaap to perform their signature sounds and moves. Be sure to get your spot in the CBD bright and early, because we all know it’s going to be even busier than before. It is expected that more than 100 000 people will attend the spectacle, so please be mindful of your safety and that of your children and family.
