I cannot agree that the Western Cape must divert money from Safety and Security to Education. The major problems in Cape Town are caused by the number of people with no prospects of a job moving to CT as they believe that there are thousands of opportunities. Another reason is that the education and healthcare are superior compared to their provinces of birth and they see educating their children and keeping them healthy as a priority. Unfortunately, the infrastructure can only cater for so many people. The city is doing everything possible to upgrade the infrastructure and the roads to accommodate the extra traffic.
