Fixer-Upper Fever!
There are those whose “someday” dream involves selling bananas on the beach, but while sand and saltwater have their merits, I’d rather hightail it to the country and peddle peaches from a pickup. There’s just something about fresh country air that soothes the soul. And while oceanfront property can cost a pretty penny, a simple farmhouse is beautifully within reach—that is, if you’re not afraid of a little elbow grease.
