You can fool your eyes with these spin toys. Here’s how to make them. 1. Cut a piece of string about 36 inches long, and tie the ends together to make a loop. Make three more string loops. Cut out the circles on these pages. 2. Find two circles with the same color borders. Tape or glue a piece of string to the back of one circle along the center line, as shown. 3.
