The Historic and Classic Vehicles Alliance (HCVA) has announced David Meek as its new Chair of the Board. Meek, who has a background in not-for-profit, real estate, finance and technology businesses, has acted as independent chair, non-executive director and CEO for a number of respected bodies and describes himself as a “lifelong classic car enthusiast.”
In his new role, Meek will oversee the wider operations of the HCVA, including its strategic objectives, public engagement, and growth. His appointment forms part of a wider focus for the HCVA as it seeks to attract younger audiences and increase engagement and collaboration within the classic car sector.
