The revolutionary scheme has been introduced by Atlas Tours, bus operators of Kempton Park, Transvaal, partly to eliminate the problem of hotel accommodation when hundreds of tourists arrive at the same time, and partly to cater for a growing tourist demand for the free-and-easy open-air life of caravan holidays.
