British Columbia History 53.1 Spring 2020

British Columbia History brings the province’s history — and its practices and meanings in the present — to life by telling timely stories that informs, entertains, and connects readers to the past. British Columbia History publishes stories about new initiatives and modern takes on archives and the challenges they face to remain relevant in the modern era and in an age of reconciliation. We tell stories with a range of modalities: a mix of weighty history and lighter stories, a blend of memoir and research, highlighted by a mix of archival and modern photographs.
