MEAT-FREE TIKKA MASALA PANEER, CAULIFLOWER, AND PEAS

FROM THE PANTRY
1 Tbsp olive oil STEP 1 In a 25cm non-stick frypan, heat oil over medium-high. Add paneer and cook 5 minutes or until golden brown on all sides, turning occasionally.
STEP 2 Add sauce and cauliflower to frypan. Add about 2 Tbsp water to each empty jar; add lid and shake. Pour into frypan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cook, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender,* stirring occasionally. Add peas; cook, covered, 2 to 4 minutes more.
STEP 3 Meanwhile, heat naan according to package directions. Serve paneer mixture with naan.
