Kol böreği (Potato, red pepper, spinach & cheese filo pie)
For a meat-free dinner ahead of the big day, try this pie made with crisp filo, sweet onions and red peppers which work beautifully with the salty cheese and herby mash filling. You could make six individual spirals rather than one big one, if you like.
