Shetland by James & Tom Morton (£25, Quadrille) Shetland natives James and dad Tom – a baker and broadcaster, respectively – showcase the food of this wild, beautiful island. Situated off the coast of Scotland, Shetland’s proximity to Norway gives the food a Scandinavian feel, with plenty of seafood, smoking and pickling. A fascinating book.
