MARLIN FISCEL, a righthander who pitched in the minor leagues in 1953 and ’54, died Sept. 30 in York, Pa. He was 86.
RAY FOSSE, a catcher who played in the major leagues for 12 seasons from 1967-77 and in ’79 with the Indians, Athletics, Mariners and Brewers, died Oct. 13. He was 74.
