CARB-CONTAINING FOODS
Take a look at the list below before deciding upon a HFLC diet; you won’t be seeing very much of them!
-Cereals and grains (including oats, rice and pasta)
- Fruit (except berries)
- Bread, toast and wraps
- Fruit juice
- Cakes, biscuits, lollies, chocolate, ice cream
- Sugar and anything with sugar in it
- Potato, sweet potato and corn
- Milk & yoghurt (small amounts are okay)
-Soft drinks, cordial, sports drinks
- Legumes (lentils, chickpeas, kidney beans)
