Strahm, co-founder of LinearX Corporation, was the sole inventor and designer of some of the most important design and measurement tools used by audio engineers right around the world, including LEAP, LMS, the LT360 measurement turntable, the pcRTA, the RTAjnr and the ATI Paragon mix console. A polymath whose skills encompassed electronics, mechanics, acoustics, high-level coding, robotics, technical writing and production engineering, he was universally acclaimed as ‘brilliant’ in every one of these fields.
