It has become something of an annual rite for media members, fans and other assorted college football populations to scream for the inclusion of more teams in the annual playoff, which features a four-school “tournament” of mostly Usual Suspects. It’s nice to be more inclusive, but if we are being completely honest, the most appropriate step in regard to the CFP would be to reduce the number — to one.
