OKONOMIYAKI (PANCAKES)
Okonomiyaki is a savoury pancake made of flour, eggs, tempura scraps, cabbage, and pork belly. It’s topped with a variety of condiments, including sweet sauce, mayonnaise, dried seaweed, and dried fish flakes.
