• Good quality canvas board• Turpentine• Linseed Oil• Four medium/large good quality square brushes.• One liner brush for branches and fine lines.• Titanium White, Ultra Blue, Ceruleaun Blue, Australian Grey, Red Gold, Sap Green, Paynes Grey, Leaf Green, Cadmium Red, Yellow Ochre, Olive Green and Violet. STEP ONE
I began with a good quality canvas and gave it one coat of Gesso, and let it dry overnight. I then proceed to paint the scene in Paynes Grey, so I have an underpainting to follow with lights and darks.

I work mainly from top of my painting to the bottom, first the sky area, which is a mixture of white and a small amount of Ceruleaun Blue, then move on to the middle distance, making sure the colour…
