In my humble opinion, transparency is seriously underrated, particularly in relationships, of all kinds, and the working world. Like many, a lot of my formative years were spent trying to fit in as quietly as possible, rather than living with some semblance of authenticity outside of the four walls of my home. It’s scary, I get that, and it certainly doesn’t get any less scary as you get older.
